I am a psychiatric nurse working in the NHS forensic services and Deb is a Purchasing & Supplies Officer in the same building.
Deb has been riding pillion since fwe first met. We share similar interest, bikes, beer & music.
We live in Whiston in Merseyside. We will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary in April next year. We have two kids our daughter Laurie who has her own flat and lives with Chris and our son Jake who is 13 and has Autism. We have two Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Jarrah & Taz.
My first bike was a Suzuki 50 ER which i got when i was 16, moved onto a Honda CD 175, Yamaha RD 400, Yamaha DT 250, Kawasaki Z750 twin, Suxuki GS1000, Kawasaki Z1300, My first brand new bike was a Yamaha XJR1300 then purchased a Kawasaki ZZR1400 then i purchased a Triumph Bonnie America which introduced me to cruising. I have very recently bought a VN2000 Classic which i am planning on sticking with as its a lovely ride.
Before Jake was born we attended the Bulldog Rally a few times and have been to the Rock & Blues and other smaller rallies and music festivals. We like going to classic car and bike shows locally and have recently started to go to the Aintree bike races. We are slightly limited with Jake although he does enjoy riding pillion hence the attraction to cruising.
We have always wanted to be part of a bike club but we have always declined as Jake takes a lot of our time. We feel that the VRA is a good choice and will try to participate as much as possible.

Hobbies
I have been into punk since the early 70's and am still an avid Damned fan. Enjoy bike racing, bike meets when we can. Walking and gardening.
